Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely loan approval and coordinate loan closings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to generate leads and promote the company’s mortgage products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in mortgage regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in mortgage lending or a related role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, industry guidelines, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, perform complex calculations, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using mortgage software, loan origination systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid mortgage loan originator (MLO) license as per regulatory requirements.
